A defining feature of the project is the use of custom aluminium window shrouds installed by Glass Vice.
These full box-style shrouds wrap around the glazing and project out from the façade, creating strong architectural shadow lines across the vertical cladding. The shrouds frame the windows while also providing solar shading and weather protection.
The powder-coated aluminium finish integrates with the home’s light coastal palette and standing seam roof, creating strong horizontal definition across the façade while maintaining a clean architectural appearance.
Frameless Glass Pool Fencing
The pool area and upper terrace feature Glass Vice frameless glass pool fencing and balustrades, maintaining uninterrupted views across the outdoor living spaces while meeting safety requirements.
The minimal glass fixing system allows the balustrade to visually disappear, reinforcing the clean architectural lines of the home.
Anchorjak Corna Keepa Pedestal Tile System
Large-format outdoor tiles throughout the courtyard and outdoor living areas are supported by the Anchorjak Corna Keepa pedestal tiling system, installed by Genuine Jax.
The system allows tiles to sit perfectly level while floating above the structural surface, enabling drainage while reducing the clunking movement often associated with floating tile systems.
