This project involved our Clearline with gutter as well as our Anchorjak Floating aluminium deck with timber overlay.
Anchorjak Floating Aluminium frame over waterproof membrane with timber overlay. Achieving a low profile finish above the waterproofing, this was able to achieve a level finish with the indoors despite the height required to build decking being minimal. Aluminium joists are spaced at 450 ctrs.
The Clearline Frameless glass railing with Nanorail top cap was attached under the floating deck and has an innovative built in gutter to create a minimal hidden design. the glass is fitted with a film to hide the underneath of the floating deck.
