Omaha Residence – Aluminium Screens

The aluminium vertical batten sliding screens will be made from high-quality aluminium profiles. The Aluminium Frames will provide the base for the aluminium battens that run vertically along the length of the screen. The screens will be mounted on a track system, allowing them to slide open and closed easily, providing maximum flexibility and convenience.

The installation of the aluminium vertical batten sliding screens was carried out by our team of experienced installers. There are 2 x 20 metre long tracks that run the span of the out door opening. the bottom tracks were mounted above the Concrete sill with Threaded rods and a stainless steel plate to fix the tracks too.

The castings for the screens are mounted on the top and are made from 316 stainless steel to cope with close proximity to the ocean and provide the strength for a smooth gliding surface. locking points along the run are necessary to to protect from wind catching.

The finished screens on both side of the house will provide this Omaha beach front property with privacy and sun protection, while allowing the occupants to enjoy the stunning views of the beach. The screens will be durable, secure, and provide years of maintenance-free use.
